Not surprised i'm sure..
Sometimes,i think i'm born with the "blur" genes..
It must be encoded in my DNA..heritage of the TAN family..
Maybe it's just me and my sis, eunice....i dunno.... BAH! hahah
kk.. let me tell you the story...
Exams started roughly 2 weeks ago and everyone was busy with exam preparations.. you know, the usual cramming of information into God's INCREDIBLE invention... THE BRAIN.
Uni Adelaide's library opens till 10pm at night. So, ee lin and I decided to go to uni to do our revision till late night..knowing that, there are tonnes of distractions back at hostel..hehe =)
After a series of events, we ended up in the State library instead which is located a short distance from uni.. Nearing dinnertime, Kazu and Dennis(friends from HH -Hosanna Heights) smsed us asking us if we'd like to go out for dinner together because they were at uni library as well...The more the merrier... SO, YAY!!! Food... ~Glorious FOOD~
You see the state lib has this rule whereby we have to leave our bags with the security people.. So, we decided to be smart that day... (which we obviously regretted) Instead of carrying our HEAVY books and bags out to the city for dinner, we left them with the security.
After dinner, we had "COld-Rock ice-cream" (EXTREMELY YUMMY!!!) and walked back to lib..it was 8.15pm, so were still in time cause they close at 8.30pm...
Walking happily to the entrance of the lib, we stopped at our tracks..
It was dark...
The lights were off...
Everything was quiet...
we went.. OMIGOSH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
True enough...the doors were locked!
And there, written on the doors were 10am-8pm @.@
Yah.. Guess what we did??!
Me and Cold-Rock!
Open wide.......
Our second buy: A SHAKE (4 flavours) & Mint-Strawberry Ice cream.
We were lucky.. One of our friends had a spare key to one of the rooms. We slept in sleeping bags that night...
Went to sleep without brushing our teeth...
And woke up the next morning in time to take the 9am bus to get our stuff...
(obviously without brushing out teeth agn.. i know, yucks..) haha
It was a GREAT experience... Stupid but farny!!! LOL....

We burst out laughing like dumb dumbs...LOL! We couldn't stop laughing... it was so ironic and hilarious!!! Our main motive was to study late.. And now, our books were stuck in the lib and we were standing at the entrance, locked out, eating ICE-CREAM.. How much more contradicting can it be?? -.-
